  • Place palms in cradles, hands navel height,

  • Feet hip-width apart

  • Heels in line with second toes

Movement

  • Reach arms overhead, palms rotate in cradles to
    face anchor point when overhead

  • Hands stack over shoulders

Return

  • Keep tension in straps

  • Rotate hands in cradles

  • Bring arms back to starting position

  • Maintain active plank
